Faith Home Graduation Service
Join Faith Home every Saturday night for fellowship, our famous spaghetti dinner in the dining hall, worship service with guest pastors, and celebration of our program graduates.

W. I. Jenkins, Sr. was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Mrs. Nellie Jenkins and the late Mr. Walter Jenkins. He is the youngest of 12 children. He received the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior at the age of 22. In 1986, he accepted his call into the ministry and in 1988 he was given the opportunity to serve as interim pastor at the First Baptist Church of Fairforest. Equipped to move forward in ministry, he was ordained in 1989 and was elected as Senior Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Fairforest and has served there faithfully for 32 years.

Pastor Jenkins earned his Associates Degree in Psychology from Lee’s McCrae College in Banner Elk, North Carolina and his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, he received instruction in Christian Education from the Tyger River School of Methods. He is currently employed with the 7th Judicial Circuit Solicitors Office as the Deputy Director of the Solicitor’s Intervention Program for 31 years.
Pastor Jenkins is revered locally as a dynamic man of vision, teaching and preaching the good news of Jesus Christ throughout the community. He is a man of leadership, integrity and compassion
Pastor Jenkins has been married to his lovely wife Dannita Jenkins for 32 years and they have been blessed with two talented sons Willie and Justin, daughter- in-laws Maleta and Jamiaya, and two grandchildren, Joshua and Gabrielle. He is a humble servant whose ultimate desire is to please God.
